Building Materials/Description: Brick. Grand 3 story brick structure with limestone details. Large temple entries with giant-order Corinthian columns and engaged pilasters. Central beehive dome with clockworks, topped by statue of Justice. Remodeling by Ayres & Ayres in 1973. Severe fire damage and vandalism in late 1990- early 1991.
