Building Materials/Description: 3-story, brick with dome and clock. $30,000. Originally a Second Empire red brick building with a large, 2-story tower and clocks within the Mansard roof of the tower, rather than within the walls. The facade features an arched entrance, paired windows set within segmental arches.
